Who We Are: Jonathan Lee Cozzens

In 2012, Jonathan and his brother Joshua co-founded Lee Properties, a venture that has since thrived under their joint leadership.

Within the company, Jonathan is an instrumental figure, closely collaborating with the team to oversee the day-to-day activities of all ongoing and planned projects. His role is multifaceted, involving continuous strategic planning, meticulous financial modeling, and rigorous feasibility evaluations. Jonathan's educational background is impressive, with a Master of Accountancy degree earned from the University of North Carolina Charlotte in 2008, complementing his prior achievement of an Undergraduate degree in Inter-Cultural Studies from Liberty University in 2006. He holds a prestigious Massachusetts CPA license and serves as a Receiver appointed by the Massachusetts Northeast Housing Court.
