Joshua, a Partner at Lee Properties alongside his brother Jonathan, draws upon over a decade of experience in market research and property acquisitions to play a crucial role in shaping the company's strategic direction. His expertise encompasses securing investment capital and evaluating potential ventures. Joshua's academic journey includes a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Liberty University and a Master's degree in Socio-Linguistics from Salem State University.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Joshua is a dedicated explorer of diverse perspectives and cultures, immersing himself in the richness of the world. In his leisure time, he passionately connects with new people, embarks on global journeys, seeks out novel experiences, enjoys water sports, indulges in culinary adventures with friends and family, and delves into equestrian and motorcycling pursuits.
